Policies for Crystal Inphinity
GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED or we'll fully
refund your purchase price. If, for any reason, you want
to return a product, you need to contact us and ship it
back within 7 days of receipt. If you are returning a product,
you will also need to insure it. Upon the safe return of
the item in its original condition, you will be refunded
in the same way you paid minus the shipping charges.
PAYMENT
INFORMATION:
Please respond with your shipping address within 3 days,
payment within 7 days. Upon receipt of your payment, we'll
promptly send your special stone companion or one of our
other beautiful products, which will be lovingly and securely
packaged.
You
can pay us securely with Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and Electronic Check through PayPal. Other forms
of payment we accept are BidPay, money orders, cashier's
check and personal checks (from within the United States).
If
you are paying by personal check, product(s) will be held
until the check clears. If paying by check or money order,
please make it payable to Inphinity, our parent company.
If
you are using PayPal, we will only ship to confirmed addresses.
If the address is unconfirmed, then we will only accept
money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks before
we will ship your products. If using personal checks, then
the product will be held until the check clears.
No
sales tax will be charged unless you live in California.
For those living in California, please add 8.25% sales tax
to your order.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS:
International orders are welcome. Since
international orders can be more expensive, it is important
that you contact us for relevant charges before you order.
We only accept U.S. currency (US $).
For payment, we use
PayPal, BidPay (Western Union) and money orders. Please check your area for the ways you can pay.
International customers are also responsible for all customs
duties and charges.
SHIPPING:
We ship our products by USPS Priority Mail, with a few larger
items by parcel post or UPS ground. There will be a slight
handling / packing fee of $1.00 per purchase. Each additional
item 50 cents. We highly recommend insurance
on your purchases, since we will not be responsible
for any breakage or loss due to shipping. Due to the recent
raise in postal rates, we will need your ZIP CODE first
before we can calculate your shipping charges.
We
ship on Tuesday or Wednesday AND Friday or Saturday.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING:
Since international orders can be more expensive, it is
important that you contact us for relevant charges before
you bid.
WE WILL ONLY SHIP where we can insure or track your package(s). Each country has regulations and restrictions. Depending upon the country, ways that we ship are Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, First Class Mail International Registered.

If eBay has a site outage within 2 hours of the auction's
close, and according to eBay's policies, the affected auctions
will be immediately relist if eBay does not extend the bidding
time. If a bidder is administratively removed or a bidder
retracts their bid within 48 hours of the auction's close,
the auction will be closed and immediately relisted.
